Last week we were delighted to host Aziz Murtazaev of Uzbekistan in Albuquerque. Aziz and his colleague, Sanjar Nazarov (suzani embroidery master from Bukhara, Uzbekistan), stayed with us for a few days in conjunction with the Uzbek Ikat Weaving Seminar that Aziz presented on July 1.
We wanted to share some of the highlights of their visit to New Mexico, so we put together this short video for you. We hope you enjoy this taste of the Silk Road experience.
